Chief Technology Planning and Pre-research Expert of Huawei Device. He has worked in the R&D field for 25 years. He proposed the ten major challenges of HarmonyOS and was responsible for a series of key technologies in Hongmeng (software operating system and corresponding product solutions), and implemented the commercialization of 1+8 device products (including Hongmeng Intelligent Driving). In the field of mobile communications (3G/4G/5G), he led the packet core network team to successfully develop the main products. He has 50+ patents (international and domestic) and journal papers.
