Guofeng Zhang

Initiator of Shanghai Open Source Information Technology Association and Dean of Open Source Innovation and Digital Governance Research Institute of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. He started to engage in open source education in economics, management and law colleges in 2013, initiated the establishment of Shanghai Open Source Information Technology Association in 2018, promoted the construction of open source innovation and digital governance micro-majors (a total of 11 courses) in 2023, and is currently promoting the construction of a master's degree in digital economy (open source direction).
