Huailong Zhang

Huailong has previously worked at renowned companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Baidu, and IBM. Currently, he works at Intel's Software and Advanced Technology Group (SATG) as a senior software engineer and is also a maintainer of the Istio community. In addition to focusing on research and practice in cloud-native microservices and related technologies, he is dedicated to innovative cross-disciplinary research in cloud-native and LLM technologies. He has contributed to cloud-native scenarios for LLM inference services in communities like OpenVINO and KServe and is also a developer and maintainer of the OPEA community (https://opea.dev/). Huailong has delivered talks at various conferences such as KubeCon, ServiceMeshCon, IstioCon, GOTC, and InfoQ/QCon.
