Zongwei Tan

Founder of TDCare Medical, an interdisciplinary talent in clinical nursing and computer science, and the first person in China to propose the concept of smart nursing. HCDE of Huawei Cloud, deputy director of the Information Technology Committee of Hunan Medical Insurance Research Association, and deputy director of Hunan Engineering Research Center of Smart Care of University of South China. He has a strong interest in new technologies and actively explores and applies them to work: he began to use Docker for software release at work in 2014, applied the Kubernetes-based smart medical system to the hospital in 2018, began to use Rust for business development in 2021, and launched a smart ward based on HarmonyOS in 2021 and successfully applied it to domestic leading hospitals. He is currently studying how to use Rust for cross-end development, especially how UI frameworks such as Makepad and Slint support OpenHarmony.
