Huaping Liu

Liu Huaping is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University, winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, director of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, and chairman of the Intelligent Automation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation. He serves as the Area Chairman of Robotics Sciences and Systems (RSS) and Senior Editor of the International Journal of Robotics Research. The main research direction is multi-modal perception, learning and control technology of intelligent robots.
